Responsibilities:

  • To lease retail space in the respective center whilst optimizing the rental set in the given budget.
  • Deal with all current and prospective retailers in order to ensure that each retail space is leased to the best in the respective category.
  • Ensure acceptance of offer letter, concept submission, Lease / Tenancy execution and deposit payments are completed within set timeframe.
  • Oversee all other documentations in relation to tenancy matters as required.
  • Continue to build a strong relationship with tenants in order to propose action when needed and to channel feedback from tenants to the appropriate parties.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have experience in leasing / tenancy administration.
  • At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for the Executive position and at least 5 - 7 years of working experience in the related field is required for the Senior Executive position.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Communication skills in Cantonese and/or Mandarin in preferred but not essential.
